This policy explains how refunds work for Subera subscriptions and add-on credits.
Purchases in the Android or iPhone app
Purchases made in the Subera app on Android or iPhone are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refunds follow their policies.
- Google Play: request a refund from your order history at play.google.com, or ask us at [email protected] and we will help.
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops renewing, so you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future payments; to get money back for a payment already made, request a refund as described above.
- In the Android or iPhone app: cancel in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings. Our FAQ at subera.io/faq shows the steps.
How to request a refund
For a purchase in the Android or iPhone app, request the refund from Google Play or Apple as described above. If you need help, email [email protected] from the email address you use with Subera. Tell us what you bought and when. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
When refunds are not given
Refunds may be refused where a subscription or account was suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud or a breach of our fair use policy or Terms at subera.io/terms. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
