One account, every device
Buy once, use it everywhere. A subscription or add-on credits bought on Android or iPhone work on all of them, and your limits are counted across all your devices together: Pro’s 12 hours and your credit balance are one shared total. Your projects stay on the device where you made them; why.
- Sign in with your Subera account on every device. A guest session can’t carry a plan.
- Create your account in the app before you buy, so your plan follows you.
- Fair use applies: one person, used on one device at a time.
- Manage or cancel it where you bought it, in Google Play or the App Store.

FAQ
Billing questions
How much does Subera cost?
Subera is free to download. To caption, pick one of two subscriptions. In the Android and iPhone apps: • Creator: $2.99 a week, $8.99 a month or $49.99 a year. • Pro: $14.99 a month or $89.99 a year. Yearly prices are launch prices until 31 October 2026. Add-on credits start at $2.99 for an hour. Prices may vary by country, currency and taxes, so please check the respective store for the latest prices. Every price is on subera.io/plans, and you can cancel anytime.
Which plan should I choose?
Pick the plan that matches the videos you make: • Creator: caption every video you make, up to 5 minutes each. Made for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. • Pro: 12 hours of captions a month, for videos up to 60 minutes each, and two videos captioned at once. Made for podcasts, lectures and dramas. Every plan includes every feature: all languages, styles, fonts, translation, the editor, export, the teleprompter and the AI script writer.
Is there a limit on how many videos I can caption? (Fair use policy)
Creator has no monthly allowance to count: it is made for people who caption their own videos, so caption the videos you genuinely make, within the plan’s video length. Pro includes 12 hours every month. To keep Subera fast and affordable for everyone, a fair use policy applies to every plan: • one subscription is for one person, used on one device at a time • no sharing an account between several people or teams • no reselling captions or running a captioning service for others • no automated or bulk processing, such as scripts or batch uploads • no captioning other people’s content at scale If an account’s usage is far beyond normal personal use, we may contact you, and we may limit or pause processing for that account. Subera reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription or account in cases of abuse or fraud, as set out in our Terms. Making long videos or a lot of hours? Pro is the right fit.
Does my plan work on all my devices?
Yes. A subscription or add-on credits bought on Android or iPhone work on all of them when you sign in with the same Subera account. Your limits are counted across all your devices together: Pro’s 12 hours and your credit balance are one shared total. Create your account in the app before you buy (a guest session can’t carry a plan), and remember that fair use applies: one person, used on one device at a time. Manage or cancel the subscription where you bought it.
What are add-on credits?
One-time packs of captioning hours (1, 5, 10 or 20 hours) that you can buy with or without a plan. They never expire and work for videos up to 60 minutes. On Pro, your monthly hours are used first.
What happens if I use all of Pro’s 12 hours?
Your hours renew at the start of your next billing month. Unused hours do not roll over. Need more before then? Add-on credits top you up straight away.
How do I cancel my Subera subscription?
Cancel where you bought it. It takes less than a minute. On Android (Google Play): 1. Open the Google Play Store app. 2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. 3. Choose Subera and tap Cancel subscription. On iPhone or iPad: 1. Open Settings and tap your name. 2. Tap Subscriptions. 3. Choose Subera and tap Cancel Subscription. Shortcut: in Subera, open Me, tap your plan, then Manage subscription to jump straight to the right page.
Can I get a refund?
In the Android and iPhone apps, payments are processed by Google Play and Apple, so refunds follow their policies: on Android, request one from your Google Play order history; on iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. The full refund policy is on subera.io/refunds. If something went wrong with Subera itself, email [email protected] and we will help.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Open the Plans screen in the app and pick another plan; the store handles the switch. You can also cancel anytime and subscribe again later.
